Act of 1868, Chapter 414, entitled an Act to repeal Article
63, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Militia
in the City of Baltimore,

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Line 17, page 2, amend by striking out the words "armor-
er at Easton,"

Which was adopted.
Pending its second reading,
On motion by Mr. McLane,

The vote by which said amendment was adopted, was re-
considered, and said bill, together with said amendment, refer-
red to the Committee on Finance.

On motion by Mr. Steiner,
Said bill was ordered to be printed.

Mr. Newcomer, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled an Act to refund at a lower rate of
interest part of the debt of Washington County, and to em-
power the County Commissioners of Washington County to
call in the bonds of said county, issued pursuant to an Act of
Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1866, Chapter 19,
and an Act passed at the January Session 1874, Chapter 145,

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Lancaster, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 93, of Article
9, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Charles County, as
amended by the Act of 1870, Chapter 294, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Hill, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to create a new Election District
in Prince George's County, to be known as District No. 14,

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In Section 2, line 2, strike out the word "Springfield,"
and insert in lieu thereof the word "Bowie."
Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time.
