On motion by Mr. McLane,

The further consideration of said bill was postponed until
Tuesday next, March 12th, at 1 P. M.

On motion by Mr. Stump, (the rules being suspended,)

Leave was granted to Messrs. Stump, Sulivane and Peter,
to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to repeal Section 34,
of Article 12, of the Public Local Laws, entitled "Harford
County," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Mr. Stump, from a Select Committee, reported favorably.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 34, of Article
12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Harford
County," sub-title "Commissioners," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Freeman, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to prevent stock running at
large in and around Lutherville, in Baltimore County.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Peter, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to create a new election district
in Montgomery County, to be known as Mechanicsville Dis-
trict, No. 8.

Which was read the second time.
On motion by Mr. Gorman,

The vote by which the order designating Thursday nighty
the 7th instant, for the holding of a Night Session,

Was reconsidered.

Mr. Steiner submitted the following order :

Ordered, That until otherwise ordered, the Senate will
hold Night Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning
next week, and that these sessions be solely devoted to the
consideration of local bills, and commence at 8 o'clock.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Miller, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to permit the shooting of wild
fowl from sink boxes in the waters of the Elk and Bohemia
rivers and their tributaries, in Cecil County, with the follow-
ing proposed amendment:
