Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, and to enact
the following in lieu thereof.

Mr. Sulivane, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Dorchester County, to build a bridge over the
Blackwater Eiver, at Shorter's wharf, in said county.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Garey, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to prevent stock from running
at large in the 2nd, 3rd and 6th Election Districts of Caro-
line County, and also to repeal Sections 82, 83, 84 and 85 o f
the Public Local Laws of Caroline County, sub-title
"Fences," so far as they relate to above election districts.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Sulivane, from a Select Committee reported favorably,
the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners for Dorchester County to build a bridge across
the Transquakin river, in said county.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 210, of Article
10, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorehester County,
enacted January Session, 1868, and to re-enact the same as
follows.

Which were read the second time.

Mr. Combs, of Allegany, from a Select Committee, report-
ed favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to transfer to the Counties of
Allegany and Garrett, the control of the National Turnpike or
United States Road through said counties, and to provide
for the maintenance thereof.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Ford, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 32, of Article
17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Queen
Anne's County," sub-title "Centreville," as re-enacted by
Chapter 230, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
