vania line.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 3, of Chapter
135, of the Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Town of Manchester, in Carroll County, and to re-enact the
said section, so as to read as follows.

Which was read the second time.

House bill entitled an Act to amend an Act to incorporate
the President and Directors of the American Fire Insurance
Company of Baltimore, passed February 23rd, 1858.

Which was read the second time.

House bill entitled an Act to continue the corporate exist-
ence of the President, Directors and Company of the Hagers-
town Bank.

Which was read the second time, ordered to be printed, and
recommitted to the Committee on Corporations.

Mr. Dennis, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of Public
General Laws relating to husband and wife, Article 45, by
adding a section to repeal the liability of the husband for the
obligations of his wife, incurred before marriage.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Garey, from the Committee on Insolvent Laws, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 21, Article 48,
of Code of Public General Laws, title "Insolvents," and re-
enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Dennis, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add two additional Sections
to Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court."
