Article 30, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Embezzlements," to
provide for the punishment of embezzlement.

mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 16, of Article
38,fof the Code of Public General Laws, an far as it applies
to the pay of the Criers of the Circuit Courts of the several
counties, and to enact the following in lieu thereof.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
the Code of Public Local Laws, Article 4, title "City of Bal-
timore," sub-title "Bridges and Highways," to follow after
section thereof, numbered 137, to be called sub-Section A.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 64, of Article
75, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to "Plead-
ings, Practice and Process," as amended by Chapter 283, of

so as to read as lollows.
