passed at the January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to re-
peal the Act of 1868, Chapter 414, entitled an Act to repeal
Article 63, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
Militia in the City of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Militia.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sub-Sections 3 and 9,
of Section 20, of Article 41, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title "Potomac," en-
acted in Chapter '205, of the Acts passed January Session,
1870, and re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
additional sections thereto, to be known as sub-Sections 11
and 12, viz.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Mr Steiner, from the Special Committee on the revision of
the Rules, (by unanimous consent,) reported the following
Rules for the Regulation and Government of the Senate of
Maryland.

On motion by Mr. Gorman,

The rules were suspended, so as to give a third reading
this day to

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1853,
Chapter 137. entitled an Act to incorporate the Patapsco
Company, by repealing Sections 5 and 11 of said Act, and re-
enacting said sections with amendments,
