of the Acts of 1876, Chapter 281, entitled an Act to provide

liquors or lager beer in Cecil County, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Chapter 187, entitled an Act to incorporate the Patapsco
Company, by repealing Sections 5 and 11 of said Act, and
