House bill entitled an Act to annul Article 4, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Vagrants," by adding new sections thereto.

Mr. Cooper, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act granting permission to the Poor

Excursion Society of Baltimore to use the ice-boat Maryland,

With the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In Section 1, line 5, insert after the word "week," "with
the consent of the Commissioners of the Harbor Relief Board.''

Whick was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time.

Mr. -Joyce, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to provide for the inspection of oil or
fluids made from petroleum or its products used for illumi-
nating purposes, offered for sale in the City of Baltimore, and
for the appointment of inspectors for that purpose.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Freeman, from a Select Committee, reported favorably
the following bills :

House bill entitled an Act to provide for paying the costs
and expenses of grading Wilken's Avenue, from Gwynn's
Falls to the Rolling Road, in Baltimore County, by the Com-

missioners of said county.

House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to
Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Bal-
timore County," sub-title "County Commissioners."

Mr. Lancaster, from a Select Committee, reported favora-

bly,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the
County Commissioners of Charles County to pay to Thomas

Skinaer, of said county, the sum of $100, for money paid by
