Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 41st Section of

the 29th Article, of the Code of Public General Laws, enti-
tled "Courts," and to re-enact the same as follows.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Green Ser-
pentine Marble Works of Harford County, Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to annul Article 4, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Vagrants," by adding new sections thereto.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Balti-
more City Senators.

Also, delivered

House Joint Resolutions instructing our Senators and re-
questing our Representatives in Congress to take such action
as will carry into effect the patriotic design of the Congress
of 1780, in the erection of a monument to the memory of
the lamented and gallant DeKalb, at the City of Annapolis
or Baltimore.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Federal Relations.
