House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 110 and 111,
of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Washington County," and sub-titled "Hagerstown," and
to repeal Chapter 146, of the Acts of the General Asembly
of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1864, entitled
an Act to repeal Section 124, of Article 21, of the Public
Local Laws, relating to the town of Hagerstown, in Wash-
ington County, and to re-enact the same with an amendment,
authorizing the Mayor and Council to light up the streets of
said town, &c., and to re-enact said sections in an amended
and different form, in revision of the charter of Hagerstown,
Maryland,
