Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 294, entitled
"Mortgages," of the Act of 1870, Section 2, Chapter 483, of
the Acts of 1874, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and Sec-
tion 1, Chapter 260, of the Acts of 1876, entitled an Act to
provide for the general valuation and assessment of property
in this State, and to enact the following in lieu thereof.
