30, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Crimes

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 164, of the
Acts passed at January Session, 1867, relating to payment of
costs incurred before Justices of the Peace before appeal can
be heard and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Sulivane moved to substitute the bill for the unfavor-
able report.

Pending the consideration of said motion,

27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Costs," pro-
