ris, Henry Nichols, Owen A. Boone, Joseph Rasin, John B.
Todd & Son, James E. Cahul, James T. Robinson, Amelia
Wright, administratrix of Joseph, V. B. Wright, J. N.
Colescott, Levi Howith, Mary Fountain, G. O. Godwin, J.
P. Jump, T. L. Hopkins, Dennis L. Council, William B.
Ewing, C. M. Lloyd, Philemon Mullikin, of Talbot County,
and Daniel O. Burnett, erroneously paid to the State.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay James M. An-
derson, late Collector of State Taxes for the City of Balti-
more, a sum of money for Commissions on taxes paid there-
by into the Treasury.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Dr. J. W. Downey,
of New Market, Frederick County, a sum of money errone-
ously paid by him into the State Treasury.

Mr. Cooper, from the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay
and its Tributaries, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to prevent the hunting or in any
way taking, killing or destroying terrapins or terrapin eggs
in Anne Arundel County, in the waters of the Chesapeake
Bay adjacent thereto, from the 10th day of May to the 15th
day of October, in any year.
