Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Combs, of Allegany, Stump and Franklin.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 1 1, of the
Acts of 1876, entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Allegany county to levy a tax on dogs in said
county, and to enact the following in lieu thereof.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Combs, of Allegany, Stump and Franklin.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article
1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany
County," sub-title "Surveyor," to Section 202.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Combs, of Allegany, Stamp and Franklin.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act granting permission to the Poor
Excursion Society of Baltimore to use the ice boat Mary-
land.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Balti-
more City Senators.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act to repeal Sec-
tion 3, of Article 11, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact," as
amended by the Act of Assembly 1872, Chapter 91, and re-
pealed and re-enacted by Act of 1876, Chapter 264, and to
re-enact the same with an amendment, so as to read as fol-
lows.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners for Dorchester County, to build a bridge across the
Transquakin river in said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Sulivane, Stump and Peter.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to continue the corporate exis-
tence of the President, Directors and Company of the Ha-
gerstown Bank.
