and expenses of grading Wilken's Avenue, from Gwynn's
Falls to the Rolling Road, in Baltimore County, by the Com-
missioners of said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Freeman, Steiner and Welfley.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact, as
amended, Section 3, of Chapter 203, of Acts passed at the
January Session, 1876, entitled an Act to prevent stock run-
ning at large in Baltimore County, within five miles of Bal-
timore City.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Freeman, Steiner and Welfley.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners of Allegany County, to investigate
the claim of Wm, H. Moore, and levy and pay him such sum
as they may find to be just.

Combs, of Allegany, Steiner and Dennis.

House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to
Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Balti-
more County," sub-title "County Commissioners."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 62, of Article
1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
County," sub-title "Elections," and to enact other sections
