Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
the 2d, 3d, 5th and 6th Election Districts of Queen Anne's
County, to determine by ballot whether spirituous or fer-
mented liquors shall be sold in any of said districts, or a
license granted for the sale of the same,

Without recommendation.

Also, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
Kent County, to determine by ballot whether spirituous or
fermented liquors shall be sold in said county, or in any
election district thereof, or a license granted for the sale of
the same,

Without recommendation.

Also, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 294., entitled
"Mortgages," of the Act of 1870, Section 2, Chapter 483, of
the Acts of 1874, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and Sec-
tion 1, Chapter 260, of the Acts of 1876, entitled an Act to
provide for the general valuation and assessment of property
in this State, and to enact the following in lieu thereof,
