Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment of a
sum of money to Charles J. M. Gwinn, Attorney General
for clerical services and printing.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment of a
sum of money to Henry Aisquith, for professional services
rendered the State.

Senate bill entitled an Act appropriating certain sums of
money for professional services rendered the State of Mary-
land by Thomas Donaldson and James Revell.

Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to John S. Walters,
of Caroline County, a sum of money erroneously paid by him
into the Treasury of the State.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay J. Frank Ford, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Saint
Mary's County, for services rendered the State.

Senate bill entitled an Act for the promotion of agricul-
ture and the mechanic and household arts, in Harford, Kent
and Queen Anne's Counties.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay William Hepbron and J. W. Howard, late Collectors
of State taxes in Kent County, the amounts overpaid by

them into the Treasury.

State's Attorney of Baltimore City to pay out of the excess
of the fees of his office, such gum or sums of money to the

State's Attorney of Worcester County, as may be paid by
the Circuit Court of Worcester County, as may be fixed by
the Circuit Court for Worcester County, as compensation in
the case already tried, of the State of Maryland, vs. Allen
