Said bill was then sent to the Hcuse of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit Life Insurance
Companies from contesting the payment of losses on policies
after having received premiums thereon for two years,

Being upon its second reading,
Mr. Stump submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line 6, Section 1, after the words "two annual," strjke
ont the word "of," and insert "or."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Peter submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 14, Section 1, strike out after the word "receive,"
the words "for two years," and after the word "of," in said
line, strike out the word "the," and insert "any."
