Third Election District ; and the Register of Voters of said
Hillsborough District shall transcribe from said list and en-
ter in alphabetical order in said Registration Book for said
new district the names of all persons living within the limits

of and entitled to vote in said Hillsborough District, and

likewise to register therein the names of all persons who shall
become entitled to vote in said district according to the laws

of this State.

Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
Officer of Registration for the Third Election District to
strike from the list of qualified voters on the Registration
Book thereof the names of all persons residing within the
limits of and entitled to vote in said new or Hillsborough
District, or Election District No. 6.

The question recurring on the amendment to the amend-
ment,

It was adopted by yeas and nays, as follows ;

ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to continue the corporate ex-
istence of the Bank of Commerce, in the City of Baltimore,
and to authorize the cancelling by it of two thousand seven
hundred shares in the capital stock thereof,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
