That such portion as relates to the Hospital for the Insane,
the House of Correction, the Maryland Penitentiary, Im-
provements to the State House, to the Committee on Public
Buildings.

Such portion as relates to the Oyster Laws, Fisheries, Fish
Culture, be referred to the Committee on Chesapeake Bay and
its Tributaries.

And such portion as relates to Education, Colleges, Acade-
mies and Schools, be referred to the Committee on Educa-
tion.

That such portion as relates to Registration and Election
Laws, be referred to the Committee on Elections.

Such portion as relates to the Militia of the State, be re-
ferred to the Committee on Militia.

Such portion as relates to the Great Seal of the State, be
referred to the Committee on the Library.

Such portion as relates to the Centennial, be referred to
the Committee on Federal Relations.

Such portions as relate to the Boundary Question, be refer-
red to a Special Committee of Five, to be appointed by the
President.

Such portions as relate to Inspections or Weighers of
Grain, be referred to the Committee on Agriculture.

Such portion as relates to the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal
Company, be referred to the Committee on Internal Improve-
ments.
