House bill entitled an Act for the better protection of fish
in the waters of Frederick and Carroll Counties.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Lee, Steiner and Peter.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 154, to Section

184. inclusive, of Article 10, of the Public Local Laws for
Dorchester County, entitled "Roads;" also, to repeal Section

185. enacted in the year 1868, entitled an Act to add an ad-
ditional section to the Public Local Laws of Dorchester
County, Article 10, and to enact the following sections in
lieu thereof.

Which was read the first lime, and referred to Senators
Sulivane, Stump and Peter.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners of Allegany County to investigate
the claim of John Welch, of said county, for taxes paid in
error, and to levy and refund to him such sum as in their
discretion they may find to be justly due him.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Combs, of Allegany, Newcomer and Steiner.

House bill entitled an Act to give and declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly to the bequest of $200,
contained in the last will and testament of Thomas J. Fisher,
late of Cecil County, Md., deceased, to the Methodist E.
Church, at Galena, in Kent County, State of Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled an Act
to remedy and give effect to informal and invalid deeds, and
to quiet possession thereunder, passed at the January Ses-
sion, 1870, Chapter 346, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 110 and 111,
of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
