to repeal Chapter 146, of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1864, entitled
an Act to repeal Section 124, of Article 21, of the Public
Local Laws relating to the town of Hagerstown, in Washing-
ton County, and to re-enact the same with an amendment,
authorizing the Mayor and Council to light up the streets ot
said town, &c., and to re-enact said sections in an amended
and different form, in revision of the charter of Hagerstown,
Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Newcomer, Wilson and Steiner.

House bill entitled an Act to sanction a bequest in the last
will and testament of Eliza Anderson, of Anne Arundel
County, to the vestry of Saint Stevens' Church, in said
County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to establish two voting pre-
cincts in the Eighth Election District of Baltimore County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Freeman, Humphreys and Sulivane.

House bill entitled an Act to add a sub-section to Section
7, Chapter 52, of an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the
Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, passed at the
January extra Session, 1866.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 42, of Article 3,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Circuit Court," as amended and re-enacted by
Chapter 180, passed at January Session, 1872, and to re-en-
act the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 137, of the
Act of 1874, Chapter 483, title "Revenue and Taxes,'' and
to re-enact the said section with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Senate bill entitled an Act to continue the corporate exis-
tence of the Bank of Commerce, in the City of Baltimore,
