"Prince George's County," under the title of "Collectors,"
enacted by the Act of 1872, Chapter 294, and to re enact the
same with amendments, and to add additional sections
thereto.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Lee, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act relating to Justices of the
Peace, in and for Carroll County.

Which was read the second time.

Senate bill entitled an Act to subscribe for a work entitled
"The Testamentary Law," prepared by Edward Otis Hink-
ley, and published by John Murphy & Co., and to appro-
priate a sum of money in payment thereof,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to iacilitate the examination of
titles of land in Harford County, by authorizing the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Harford County to make out a general
index to the Law and Equity Dockets in his office, and to
provide for the paying for the same,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County to levy a sum of money
to pay the claims of Lawrence A. Darby and Mary V..K.
Robertson, administratrix of William G. Robertson, deceased,
for taxes erroneously paid by them,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County to levy a sum of money
as a pension for Solomon Tate, of said county,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 45, of Article
51, of the Code of Public General Laws, enticed "Justices
of the Peace," sub-title "Supersedeas and Execution," and
to re-enact the same with amendments,
