NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 125, of Article
10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester Coun-
ty," as enacted by the Act passed at January Session, 1810,
Chapter 317, relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables,
and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading,

On motion by Mr. Gorman,
At 2.20 P. M , the Senate adjourned.

TUESDAY, February 12th, 1878.
Senate met pursuant to adjournment.
Prayer by the Rev. J. H. Dashiell.
Present at roll call the following Senators :

Messrs. President, Bannon, Combs, of Allegany, Combs,
of St. Mary's, Cooper, Dennis, Ford, Freeman, Garey,
Gorman, Hepbron, Hill, Humphreys, Joyce, Lancaster, Lee,

The proceedings of Friday were read and approved.

The President presented to the Senate the Biennial Report
of the Trustees of St. Mary's Female Seminary, in St. Mary's
County.
