ertson, administratrix of William G. Robertson, deceased, for
taxes erroneously paid by them.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay Walter B. Brooks, assignee in bankruptcy of Stirling
Ahrens & Co., for the rent of certain warehouses in the City
of Baltimore, used as State Tobacco Warehouses.

Which was read the first time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to refund taxes on Oyster House
License to Frank G. Wrightson, administrator of Elijah
Tilghman, deceased, of Talbot Comity, erroneously paid to
the State.

Which was read the second time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Robert J. Price, of
Dorchester County, a certain sum of money erroneously paid
into the Treasury.

Which was read the second time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to refund to the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore a sum of money paid by the said Mayor
and City Council for the removal of the walls and debris
from the burnt Tobacco Warehouses Nos. 1 and 2.

Mr. Ford, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County to levy a sum of money
as a pension for Solomon Tate of said county.

vorably.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 202, and to
amend and re-enact Section 198, of Article 3, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Baltimore County," sub-title
''Wild Fowl," with the following amendments :

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 1, after the word "Section," insert the word "two,"'
so as to read Section "two hundred and two."
