of Baltimore, of Baltimore city, State taxes erroneously paid
into the Treasury for the year 1877.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2,3, 7 and
12, of the Act of the General Assembly, passed at its Session
of 187&, Chapter 173, entitled an Act regulating the working
and proper ventilation of coal mines in Allegany and Garrett
Counties, and providing for the appointment of an Inspector
for said mines, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
