Market, in Frederick County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to sanction the devise of Fred-
erick Seyler, deceased, to the First English Lutheran Church
of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of spirituous
and fermented liquors within the distance of one-half mile
from the main exhibition hall of the Agricultural and Me-
chanical Society of Harford County, during the days of any
exhibitions of said Society.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Temperance.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to extend an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate the Wither's Mining Company, passed at
December Session, 1857, Chapter 306, and the Act to alter
and amend said original Act of incorporation, passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1870, Chapter 227, for the period of 30 years,
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 2 of said
last named Act.

mittee on Corporations.
