Session, 1865, Chapter 74, entitled an Act to repeal Section
310, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, enti-
tled "Frederick County," and re-enact the same with an
amendment, and to substitute in lieu of said Act the follow-
ing, and to re-enact the said Act so as to read as follows,

Which, was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Steiner, Freeman and Sulivane.
