House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County to provide a
Dispensary Fund for the said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators

Bannon, Hepbron and Cooper.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize, empower and direct
the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County to re-
build and repair the county jail in said county, and to make

an addition thereto.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 32, of Article

17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled ''Queen Anne's
County," sub title "Centreville," as re-enacted by Chapter
230, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, of the

January Session, 1876, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to repeal Section 55, of the aforesaid Article 17,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, and to re-enact a substi-
tute therefor, and to add an additional section to said Article
17, of the Code of Public Local Laws.

Ford, Miller and Lee.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with.
amendments, Sections 15 and 17, of the Acts of 1868, Chap-
ter 365, entitled an Act to incorporate the Prince George's
County Central Turnpike Company.
