"Testamentary Law," and to enact a substitute therefor.

On motion by Mr. Combs, of St. Mary's,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to intro-
duce a bill, to be entitled an Act to pay J. Frank Ford, Clerk
of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's County, for services ren-
dered to the State.

On motion by Mr. Sulivane,

Leave was granted to the Committee oa Corporations to
introduce a bill, to be entitled an Act to incorporate the East
New Market Navigation and Wharf Company.

On motion by Mr. Sulivane,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill, to be entitled an Act to amend Ar-
ticle 38, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fees of
Officers," by adding a Section thereto relating to costs.

On motion by Mr. Sulivane,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill, to be entitled an Act to amend Ar-
ticle 24, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Convey-
ancing," by adding a sub-section to Sections 2 and 3 of said
Article.

On motion by Mr. Bannon,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to intro-
duce a bill, to be entitled an Act to pay the administrator of
Thomas Donaldson and James Revell a sum of money for
legal services rendered the State.

Mr. Franklin, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 6, of Chapter

277, of the Acts of 1876, relating to oysters and fish in the

waters of Synepuxent Bay and its tributaries, and to re-enact

the following in lieu thereof.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Freeman, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to prevent horses, mules, horned
cattle, swine and geese from running at large in Towsontown,
Baltimore County, or within the neighborhood thereof.
Which was read the second time.

Mr. Combs, of Allegany, from a Select Committee, report-
ed favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 13, of Article
1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany
