Article 5, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Ap-

Senate bill entitled an Act to cede to the United States the
title to the land occupied by the Antietam National Cemetery,
near Sharpsburg, Washington County, in the State of Mary-
land, and to cede jurisdiction over same.

State against Collectors, Sheriffs and others, and to discon-
tinue the suits for the recovery thereof.
