Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to intro-
duce a bill to be entitled an Act to repeal Section 3, of the
Act of 1870, Chapter 477, providing pensions for certain sol-
diers and widows of soldiers of the war of 1812, and to re-
enact the same with amendment.
On motion by Mr, Dennis,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to repeal Sec-
tions 41, 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 55, 59, 60, 61, 65
and 69, of Article 47, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ''Inheritance, " and to repeal and re-enact with amend
ment Sections 46, 52, 53, 54, 58, 64 and 66, of same Article.
On motion by Mr. Bannon,
Leave was granted to Senators Bannon, Hepbron and
Cooper to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to amend the
Act of 1853, Chapter 137, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Patapsco Company, and re-enact the same with amendment.
On motion by Mr. Hill,
Leave was granted to Senators Hill, Wilson and Joyce to
introduce a hill to be entitled an Act to repeal Section 57, of
the Code of Public Local Laws for Prince George's County,
as enacted by the Act of 1876, Chapter 105, entitled an Act
to repeal Section 44, of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
titled "Prince George's County, " under the title of "Collec-
tors, " enacted by the Act of 1872, Chapter 294, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, and to add additional sec-
tions thereto.
Mr. Dennis, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to require and direct the Clerks
of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, to make and trans-
mit to the Treasurer of said county records of abstracts from
all conveyances and assignments of real estate left in the
