in certain election districts in Allegany County, at the elec-
tion to be held in the fall of 1872, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to re-enact said Section 5 with amend-

Mr. Freeman from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 130, of Article
3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Baltimore
County, " and to re-enact the same with amendments, impo-
sing additional duties upon certain Constables in said county,
with the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 130, line 6, after the word "in, " insert "May, in, "
so as to read "the first Tuesday in May, in each year. "
