Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact
Sections 459, 464, 467, 469, 470 and 475, of Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "City, of Baltimore, "
sub title "Stock, "

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Line 20, page 3, strike out from the word "provided, " in-
cluding said word, to the end of said section.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the first time, and
ordered to be printed.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to give the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to a bequest, legacy and devise
in the last will and testament of George Stonebraker, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, to the Lutheran German Re-
formed Congregation of Funkstown, Washington County,
Md.,

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Steiner submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Line 10, insert "and" between Lutheran and German.
Line 17, insert "and" after Lutheran.
Which was adopted.
Said bill was then read the second time.

Also, favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to give and declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the be-
quest of Nancy Donovan, late of Allegany County, Md., de-
ceased, to St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Cumberland.

Which, was read the second time.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the copying or
transcribing Liber B, of the Records in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Montgomery County.

Which was read the first time.
