Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the 41st Section of the 29th Article, of the Code
of Public General Laws, be and the same is hereby repealed,
and re-enacted to read as follows.

Public General Laws, entitled "Limitation of Actions, " pre-

or chattels to any public teacher, minister or preacher of the
Gospel, or any religious sect, order or denomination.
