The Senate advised snd consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointment.

I nominate as Trustees of the State Board of Education, E.
Hall Richardson, M. D. of Harford County, and Jas. T.
Williams, M. D., of Howard County, vice M. J. Stone, de-
ceased, and W. H. Hardy, ineligible.
