A bill entitled "An Act to prevent stock running at
large in that part of district No. 10 or straights,
known as Precinct No. 3, lying on the east side of
Fishing Bay in Dorchester county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Dorchester delegation.
By Mr. Downs,

A bill entitled "An Act to add 6 new sections to
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Anne Arundel County,' sub-title 'Annapolis,' defining
the relation of Landlords and Tenants in said city of
Annapolis, to follow section 74 and to be designated
as 'Section A 1, A 2, A 3, A 4, A 5 and A 6.' "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Anne Arundel delegation.

House bill. File No. 446, entitled "An Act to
repeal sections 188 to 217 E, inclusive, of Article
3, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title 'Baltimore County,' sub-title 'Roads.' as amend-
ed or enacted by chapter 685 of the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland passed at the Jan-
uary session of 1900, and as subsequently amend-
ed by chapter 524 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the January session
of 1902, and to enact the following sections in lieu
thereof, the whole to provide for a new road system
in Baltimore county and the placing of the public
highways, sewers and drains of said county and all
matters in connection therewith under the care and
control of the County Commissioners of said county
sitting as a Highway Commission, with power and
authority to adopt and carry out such rules and regu-
lations in connection therewith as they may consider
necessary, and to be known as 'Sections 188, 189, 190,
191, 192, 193, 194. 195, 196. 197, 198, 199, 200, 201,
202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210 and 211 of
said Article.' "
