A bill entitled "An Act providing for compiling and
printing in a separate volume or volumes, all the Local
Laws of each county in the State of Maryland, from
their formation to and including the year 1820."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

By Mr. Bennett,

A bill entitled "An Act to amend the Charter of
Salisbury, Wicomico county, Maryland, as embodied
in Article 23, sub-title 'Salisbury' in the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Wicomico county, that is to say, to
repeal sections 139, 140, 142, 144, 148, 152 and 154 of
said Article 23, also to repeal chapter 162 of the Acts
of 1900, chapter 179 of the Acts of 1900, and chapter
415 of the Acts of 1894, the said Acts being amenda-
tory of the said charter and to re-enact the same with
amendments, in sections and sub-sections."

Which was read the first time and refesred to the
Wicomico delegation.

By Mr. Goslin,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 61, 62, 65
and 66 of Article 6, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Caroline County,' sub-title 'County Treas-
urer,' and sections 68 A, 68 B, 68 C and 68 F," which
were added to said sub-title by chapter 211 of the
Acts of 1892, and sections 68 C, of the Acts of 1892,
€hapter 211, as amended by chapter 353 of the Acts,
1894, and to re-enact said sections except section 62,
with amendments."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Caroline delegation.

By Mr. Wingate,

A bill entitled "An Act to prevent swine running at
large in that part of the District No. 10, or Straits,
known as Precinct No. 1, lying on the west side of
Fishing Bay in Dorchester county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Dorchester delegation.
