ed and re-enacted by chapter 533 of the Acts of 1900
and to repeal section 756 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title 'Baltimore City,' sub-title
'Police,' as the same is repealed and re-enacted by
section 777 of chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898, and by
chapter 494 of 1898, as repealed by chapter 81 of the
Acts of 1902, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, to be known as 'Sections 765 and 777,' and to
read as follows."
