of a lot of ground in the city of Baltimore and the
erection thereon by the State of Maryland of a build-
ing for the use of the Maryland Institute for the pro-
motion of the Mechanic Arts ; and to appropriate a
sum of money therefor."

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, chapter 205 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session of 1900,
entitled 'An Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, section 116 of Article 16, of the Cede of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title 'Chancery,' sub-title
'Partition,' and tore-enact the same with amendments,
and to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public General General Laws of Maryland, title 'Chan-
cery,' to be designated 'Section 198 A.' "

Laws, title 'Oysters,' to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, sections 7, 18, 22, 23, 27, 29, 30, 31, 34,
36, 41, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61 and 62 of said Article, and to
add to said Article four new sections, to immediately
follow section 46, to be designated as 'Sections 46 A,
46 B, 46 C and 46 D.' "
