ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Laudsdale, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Johnston be excused on account
of important business.

On motion of Mr. Lansdale, it was
Ordered, That, Mr. Williams be excused on account
of important business.

On motion of Mr. Ray, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Tighe be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Bosse, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Becker be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Cockey, it was
Ordered, That Mr. John Green, Chairman of the
Baltimore county delegation, report at once House
Bill No. 446, introduced by Mr. Cockey, title 'Roads
In Baltimore County."

On motion of Mr. Green, it was

Ordered, That 200 copies of the Baltimore county
road bill be printed.

On motion of Mr. Howard, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Harvey be excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Gill,

A bill entitled, "An Act to provide for registering-
John W. Quill, a registered qualified voter of the
Third Election District of Howard county, as a legal
and qualified voter on the Registration Books of the
Fifth Election District of said county."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Howard delegation.
By Mr. Duvall,

A bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the use in Anne
Arundel county of magazine or other guns for the
shooting of partridges, carrying more than two car-
tridges or loads."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
