Ordered, That as this is the night set apart by the
notification committee to formally notify the Hon.
Isidor Rayner of his election to the United States
Senate, and as Mr. Collins is chairman of said notifi-
cation committee, it is hereby ordered that he be
excused from this evening's session.

On motion of Mr. Keys, it was

this evening's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Henkel, it, was
