221,' and to repeal all local laws applicable to and
regulating primary elections in Montgomery county."

section 12 of chapter 172 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, session of 1902, entitled 'An
Act to incorporate the Hagerstown, Smithshurg and
Penmar Railroad Company.' "

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors,
