On motion of Mr. Jackson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Dodson be excused from to day's
session ori account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Jenkins, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Drumm be excused from to-
day's session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Bosse, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Feaga be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Hopkins, it was
Ordered, Thai. Mr. Murphy, of Dorchester county
be excused from to-day's session on account of busi-
ness.

On motion of Mr. Miller, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Bald be excused from to-day's
session on account of death in his family.

On motion of Mr. Simmons, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Bond be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Collins,

A bill entitled "An Act to add new sections to Ar-
ticle 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Tal-
bot County,' under a new sub-title 'Cemeteries,' to
come in said Article alphabetically, in proper place,
and to be designated as 'Section 40 A, Section 40 B,
Section 40 C,' as follows ' "

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Talbot delegation.

Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to regulate the shooting of
sora or rail birds, wood or summer ducks and other
marsh fowl and ducks in and upon the waters of Tuck-
ahoe river, within the limits of Talbot and Caroline
counties."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Talbot and Caroline delegations.
