icle 19 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Comptroller,' as amended by chapter 587 of the Acts
of 1902, and fo-enact the same with amendments."

Committee on Ways and Means.

A bill entitled "An Act to legalize voting by .ma-
chine at primary and general elections."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Elections.

By Mr. Harry,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 313, Article
.2 of the Code of Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Fred-
erick County,' sub-title 'Mechanicstown,' and to re-
enact the same with amendments."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Frederick delegation.

A bill entitled "An Act to regulate the appointing
of Justices of the Peace for Frederick county."
