PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.

Mr. Atwell presented petition of Robert F. Nowell
and 158 others protesting against the enactment of the
Haman Oyster Bill.

Which was referred to the Committee on Chesa-
peake Bay and Tributaries.

ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Walls, it was
Ordered, That the Secretary of the Public Building
Committee have the souvrnir that was presented this
morning refilled for the use of the committee.
