Senate bill, File No. 206, entitled "An Act to amend
the charter of Perry Hall Methodist Episcopal Church
South, a body corporate, by granting to said corpor-
ation perpetual succession, and by authorizing it to
hold, own and maintain a cemetery or burying ground,
and to acquire, hold and administer funds for such
purposes, and to authorize it to do and maintain all
things declared in its certificate of incorporation to be
objects and purposes of said corporation."

Committee on Judiciary.

Senate bill, File No. 203, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 1 of Article 45 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Husband and Wife,' and to re-enact the
same with amendments."

Senate bill, File No. 222, entitled "An Act to divide
Princess Anne Election District No. one (1), into two
election districts, and to lay out and establish said two
election districts in Somerset county, one of the same to
be called and known as 'West Princess Anne Election
District No. one (1)' and the other to be called and
known as 'East Princess Anne Election District No.
fifteen (15);' and to provide for the appointment of
Justices of the Peace, and for the enforcement of ex-
isting local laws now in force in the territory com-
prising paid two districts, and to place said two dis-
tricts hereby established in the same allotment of a
County Commissioner, a Tax Collector for said county,
as now exists by law, and to require the Supervisors
of Election to appoint election officials for said two
districts hereby established."
