Senate bill, File No. 235, entitled "An Act to repeal

and re-enact with amendments, section 5 of chapter
455 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January session, 1894, entitled 'An Act
to repeal sections 237 to 259, both inclusive, of Article
29 of the Code of Public Local Laws,' title 'Worcester
County,' sub-title 'Snow Hill,' and to repeal all Acts
or clauses of Acts heretofore passed by the General
Assembly of Maryland, with reference to the charter
of the town of Snow Hill, in Worcester county, in con-
flict with the provisious of this Act, and re enact and
grant to the town of Snow Hil, in Worcester county,
:a new charter."

Which was read the first time, and referred to 'the
Worcester delegation.

thorize the County School Commissioners of Dor-
chester county, to pay to Thomas J. Wright the sum
