Leave was granted to the Garrett delegation and Mr.
Smith, to inti'oduce a bill entitled "An Act to profad-
bit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager
beer at any place in Garrett county, within three and
a-half miles of Fairview Church, in Election District
Number Eight,"

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize and
direct the board of County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery county to erect and maintain boards so painted
and marked1 with letters and figures as to indicate the
directions of and distance to the nearest town, city,
village, postoffice, turnpike or main road, attlie inter-
section of all county roads in said county."

Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 178
C, of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Allegany County,' sub-title 'Jurors,' as enacted by
chapter 451, of the Acts of 1900, and to re-enact same
