turing, operating steam or electric railroads, street

doing business in Maryland, and re-enact the same as
follows."
On motion of Mr. Linthicum,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the
sanction and consent, of the General Assembly of
Maryland, to certain devises and bequests in the last
will and testament of Margaretha Deck."
On motion of Mr. Bouchet (by request),
Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the
Board of Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to
pay to Louis Clipper, former policeman of the police
force of Baltimore city, a weekly sum of money out of
the special fund."
On motion of Mr. Bennett,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to pay to E. A.
Powell, late tax collector for Fifth Collection district
of Wicomico county, a sum of money erroneously paid
by him into the State Treasury."
On motion of Mr. Hopkins,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add additional
sections to Article 10, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title 'Dorchester County,' sub-title
'Wild Fowl,' to be designated as 'Sections 339, 340,
341 and 342.' "
